Data we collect
- Contact requests, name, email address, locale, and the message you send, plus the optional phone number and current website URL if you provide them.
- Contact qualification answers, the type of work, your timeline, and the budget range you select on the form.
- Quote requests, contact details and project information you choose to share in the chat assistant.
- Newsletter subscriptions, email address and locale.
- Cookie preference data stored in your browser so the website can remember your analytics choice.
- Usage and analytics events, only after you explicitly accept analytics cookies.
How we use the data
- To respond to messages and continue a sales or support discussion.
- To review project needs and prepare quote follow-up.
- To manage newsletter subscriptions and confirmation flows.
- To measure traffic and marketing performance when analytics consent is granted.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
Legal bases
Depending on the interaction, Okzea processes data on the basis of your consent, steps requested before entering into a business relationship, or our legitimate interest in operating and improving the website.
Cookies and tracking
The site stores your cookie choice in local browser storage so your preference can be remembered.
Google Analytics and Meta Pixel are activated only after explicit consent. If you decline, analytics and advertising storage remain disabled.
If you want to reset your choice, clear the related browser storage for the site and choose again when the consent banner reappears.

- Brevo, to handle newsletter subscriptions and optional double opt-in confirmation.
- Microsoft Teams, to deliver quote assistant submissions to the Okzea team.
- Email infrastructure configured by Okzea, to route contact form messages.
- Cloudflare Turnstile, to verify that form submissions are not automated.
- Google Analytics and Meta, only when analytics consent has been granted.
Retention
Contact and quote request data is kept for the time needed to review the request, continue related discussions, and keep a business record of the exchange.
Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe or the contact is otherwise removed from the mailing list.
Cookie preference data remains in your browser until you clear it or replace it with a new choice.
Quote assistant
The quote assistant on this website is a guided form, not an AI chatbot. Your answers are not sent to an AI provider and are not used to train any model.
When you submit the assistant, your answers are posted to a private Microsoft Teams channel used by the Okzea team, and a person reviews and routes the request. No automated decision producing legal or similarly significant effects is made about you.
Bot protection
Contact and quote assistant submissions are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile so we can block automated abuse. Turnstile receives technical signals from your browser to perform that check, and it does not receive the content of your message.
International transfers
Okzea operates from Thailand and uses service providers established in other countries, including the European Union and the United States. Submitting a form or browsing with analytics enabled therefore involves a transfer of data outside your country of residence.

Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to your situation, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to personal data processed by Okzea.
Where processing relies on your consent, such as the newsletter or non-essential cookies, you can withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority competent for your country of residence.
